1.1 “Headmeds” is a brand name used by Young Minds Trust (referred to in these terms and conditions as “YoungMinds”, “we” or “us”) for the purposes of providing information about certain medication to young people in England.
1.2 Young Minds Trust is a registered charity in England and Wales (No. 1016968) and a company limited by guarantee registered in England (No. 2780643) whose registered office is Suite 11, Baden Place, Crosby Row, London SE1 1YW.
1.3 The Headmeds website (referred to in these terms and conditions as the “Website”) is owned, managed and controlled by YoungMinds.
1.4 These terms and conditions of use (together with the documents referred to in them) tell you the terms on which you may use the Website. Use of the Website includes accessing and browsing the Website, and contacting YoungMinds.
1.5 By using the Website, you agree to have accepted these terms and conditions and understand that no legal relationship is created between you and YoungMinds.
1.6 YoungMinds reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.
1.7 You must be over 13 years old to provide your email address when you comment on the Website. If you are under 13, you must get permission from your parent or guardian before you provide your email address.

3.1 Headmeds only provides general information about medication. Headmeds does not provide medical advice. The information on Headmeds does not replace advice obtained from a qualified healthcare professional, such as a doctor or psychiatrist. You should consult a healthcare professional before acting on any of the information you read on Headmeds, because everyone is different and reacts differently to medication.
3.2 In putting together the information on Headmeds, we have made every effort to ensure that the information is useful, reliable and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the material on Headmeds is fully up to date or that it is suitable for an individual user’s circumstances.
4.1 YoungMinds excludes all liability and responsibility for any amount of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Website in any way or in connection with the use or reliance on information presented on the Website.

6.4 YoungMinds reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website immediately at any time.
6.5 If your access to the Website is terminated or suspended for any reason, you must not access the Website or any other YoungMinds website without our prior consent.

7.1 Where the Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.
8 Applicable law
8.1 These terms and conditions, their subject matter and formation are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes which may arise in relation to the Website.
